1. OVERVIEW AND COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
HumanAICoOp.com (the “Co-Op”), operated by Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides high-level professional services including the Code Forge (API and code repair), Technical Documentation (SOPs and SDLC), and Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA, EHR updates, and legal email threads).
Given the sensitive nature of our work in the medical, legal, and engineering sectors, we maintain a “Security-First” posture. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you engage with our Accuracy as a Service (AaaS) model.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Client-Provided Information
To facilitate our core services, we collect:
- Identity and Contact Data: Name, title, company name, business address, and verified email addresses.
- Technical Assets (The Code Forge): Source code, API keys, software architecture diagrams, and system credentials necessary for repair and optimization.
- Regulated Data (HIPAA & Medical): Protected Health Information (PHI), Electronic Health Records (EHR) metadata, and pharmacological regulatory data.
- Legal & Evidentiary Data: Secure legal email threads, discovery documents, and sensitive correspondence.
B. Expert Contributor Data
For our human-in-the-loop experts, we collect professional biographies, credentials, photographs, and tax identification information for compliance and attribution.
C. Market Pulse Data
For subscribers of Market Pulse and Market Pulse Premium, we collect preference data regarding foundational economic indicators (housing, food, clothing, and supply chain tracking).
D. Automatically Collected Data
We utilize Google Analytics and WP Statistics to track website traffic, IP addresses, and user behavior. This data is used solely for site optimization and is never cross-referenced with sensitive client project data.
3. DATA USE AND “ACCURACY AS A SERVICE” (AaaS) PROTOCOLS
We use your data strictly to fulfill contractual obligations:
- Human-in-the-Loop Verification: AI tools are used for initial data analysis (e.g., economic indicator shifts or code syntax review), but all final deliverables are verified by human experts.
- Non-Training Clause: We do not use client-proprietary code, legal threads, or medical records to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). Your data remains siloed within your specific project workflow.
- EHR & HIPAA Repair: Data is accessed only to ensure regulatory compliance and system interoperability.
4. HIPAA COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL SECURITY
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs): We sign high-level security BAAs with all medical and pharmacological clients. We act as a Business Associate under HIPAA regulations.
- Legal Thread Integrity: Legal correspondence is handled through encrypted channels and is never indexed for search engines or public databases.
- Data Safety Storage: We offer secure storage for legal and regulatory documentation, employing AES-256 encryption at rest.
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade client or user data to third parties.
- Service Providers: We may share data with secure third-party processors (e.g., encrypted cloud hosting or payment processors) strictly to facilitate service delivery.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or government regulation.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Project Completion: Upon completion of an API repair or Documentation project, client data is archived for the duration of the 5-business-day review window.
- Right to Erasure: Following the review window, clients may request the permanent deletion of technical assets and legal threads, subject to any legally mandated record-keeping requirements.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
As we deal with global supply chain indicators in our Market Pulse reports, data may be processed in the United States. We ensure all transfers comply with relevant data protection laws.
